should i stay or should i go?

March seems to be flying by. I can’t believe this weekend is easter weekend. My in-laws have been here for most of the month, and I’ve been working late again. I realize I’m blessed to have this job, but this constant up and down is starting to annoy me. That, and the fact that none of our computers or software have been upgraded in 5 years, we haven’t been able to take classes or attend conferences to further develop our skills, and the office politics are starting to really burden me. I wonder if it’s time to go? Or do I stay since there’s no "real" reason to leave? Is it me being discontent or me needing to move on? I can’t tell.
