susan's back!

last nite i went with a few women to pick up susan from the airport. i had a great time riding in liz's van, with liz driving, grace by her side, and sunhee and i in the back. the airport was so crowded and cars were weaving in and out of lanes so much that i kept squealing every time i saw a car jerk next to us. liz kept telling me to close my eyes. =\ but she did a great job manuevering through all the traffic, and she dropped sunhee and i off at the international terminal to look for susan. when we got inside, we realized there were 4 other flights that arrived around the same time as susan's flight, and instead of arriving at 7pm, her flight arrived at 7:40pm. so we got some snacks and waited. we saw susan emerge at around 8:30pm and started calling out her name. susan didn't see us at first but then we caught her eye. as she came towards us with her cart full of luggage, we gave her a big hug! it's so good to see her again...so good to have her home. =)
